We are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and operate your account solely for the purpose of delivering the services you have engaged us for. This license terminates automatically when our agreement ends.
We will never claim ownership of, monetize independently, or distribute your content outside of the services we provide to you.
Our fee is a percentage of your OnlyFans gross revenue during each billing period, as defined by your plan. Here's how it works:
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your earnings in your jurisdiction. Our revenue share is calculated on gross earnings, and we do not deduct or account for your personal tax obligations. We recommend consulting a tax professional regarding your income from OnlyFans.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of our work together, including your content, account data, earnings, strategy, and any proprietary methods we share with you.
This mutual confidentiality obligation survives termination of our agreement. Neither party will disclose the other's confidential information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
You may end our agreement at any time by providing 30 days' written notice via email to contact@bloomcreatorshouse.com. During the notice period, we will continue to deliver services and your revenue share obligations remain in effect.
We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you:
Upon termination, we will return full independent access to your account, cease all activities on your behalf, and settle any outstanding revenue share within the next billing cycle.
Your content is yours. Always. Our proprietary methods, chatting scripts, marketing strategies, templates, systems, and operational know-how are ours. Nothing in these terms transfers IP rights in either direction.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our internal methodologies or materials outside of our working relationship. We may not use your content, name, or likeness for any purpose outside of delivering your agreed services, without your explicit written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOARMODELS LLC and Bloom Creators House shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
By you: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOARMODELS LLC, its members, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from: your content, your violation of any third-party rights, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
By us: We agree to indemnify and hold harmless you from any claims arising from our own negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct in delivering our services.
Any figures mentioned on our website (e.g., case studies, average results) are based on real past performance but are not promises of what you will earn. We work hard to maximize your results, but we cannot control every factor that influences your revenue.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If a dispute arises, we ask that both parties first attempt to resolve it informally. Contact us at contact@bloomcreatorshouse.com and we'll make a genuine effort to find a fair solution within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
You and we both waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active clients by email or WhatsApp at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you don't agree with a change, your remedy is to terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
